What I like about the Hybeam Mini Tactical Flashlight
For a simple EDC flashlight it has 3 features: High, Low, Strobe.
Compared with traditional flashlights, it’s very bright and can light up a large surface area.
It’s made out of aircraft-grade aluminum, so it will last a LONG time. Even after being hit by a baseball bat, crushed by a track, and plunged in extreme water temperatures, it still performed!
It doesn’t weigh more than 2 oz, so it’s very light and portable, which makes it perfect for EDC flashlight.
What I don’t like about the Hybeam Mini Tactical Flashlight
Because it’s free, there are some caveats. You will have to replace the single AA battery more often, and the tail switch can break if you don’t take good care of it.
If you are looking for higher quality and more lumens, it’s better to check out other flashlights.
How far does it light up?
It lights up a larger surface area well within 30 ft.
How many Lumens is HyBeam Mini Tactical Flashlight?
It’s 300 lumens, which is an optimal EDC flashlight. It’s perfect for when the power goes out, if you need to find your way around, or if you searching for something in a dark room.
What type of batteries does the HyBeam flashlight use?
It uses a single AA battery.
How durable is it?
Not only is it very durable, but it’s also water-resistant! Though you don’t want to purposefully submerge your flashlight in water, in case it rains or if you drop it in water, as long you don’t leave for minutes and minutes, you will be fine.
How long is it?
It’s not longer than 4 inches.
Can you mount this on a gun?
There aren’t any gun mount specifically for this flashlight. It’s rather not recommended to mount it on a gun.
